清潔壓裂液破膠液驅(qū)油體系實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:文中針對(duì)清潔壓裂液返排液難處理的問(wèn)題,對(duì)清潔壓裂液返排液重復(fù)利用技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。在評(píng)價(jià)破膠液基本性質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)清潔壓裂液破膠液體系降低界面張力、乳化能力、改變巖石潤(rùn)濕及提高采收率等性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:在某低滲油藏條件下,該體系能有效降低界面張力至10~(-3)~10~(-2)m N/m數(shù)量級(jí);該體系乳化能力較好,潤(rùn)濕性能優(yōu)良,其動(dòng)態(tài)飽和吸附量為8.09 mg/g,且水驅(qū)后動(dòng)態(tài)滯留量?jī)H相當(dāng)于動(dòng)態(tài)飽和吸附量的1/4~1/3。室內(nèi)巖心模擬驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該體系在最優(yōu)注入方案條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)采收率增值10.04%,說(shuō)明該體系能夠滿(mǎn)足低滲油藏壓裂后進(jìn)一步提高采收率的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to deal with the backflow of clean fracturing fluid, the reuse technology of clean fracturing fluid is studied in this paper. On the basis of evaluating the basic properties of gel breaking fluid, the properties of clean fracturing fluid system, such as reducing interfacial tension, emulsification ability, changing rock wetting and improving oil recovery, were evaluated. The results show that under the condition of a low permeability reservoir, the interfacial tension can be effectively reduced to the order of 10 ~ (- 3) ~ 10 ~ (- 2) N 鈮,
