【摘要】：該文歸納了我國深水天然氣設施調試及生產過程中的常見問題,如,水合物的產生、油嘴溫升慢、濕氣流量計誤差大、小流量運行下控制閥失效等,結合實際生產情況進行原因分析,闡明了相應的風險控制措施,并提出建立氣井數據庫以解決水下設施部分儀表故障的思路,對深水天然氣設施的調試和生產有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This paper sums up the common problems in the debugging and production of deep water natural gas facilities in China, such as the generation of hydrate, the slow temperature rise of oil nozzle, the large error of moisture Flowmeter and the failure of control valve under small flow operation, analyzes the causes of the actual production situation, expounds the corresponding risk control measures, and puts forward the idea of establishing gas well database to solve some instrument faults in underwater facilities. It has certain reference significance for the commissioning and production of deep-water natural gas facilities.
