起伏濕氣管道持液率分布規(guī)律及臨界傾角模型

【摘要】:起伏濕氣管道在實際運行過程中,管道低洼處和上坡段容易形成積液,從而造成管輸效率降低、管道壓降增大、水合物生成、形成段塞流以及管道內(nèi)腐蝕加劇等一系列問題,為此,對地形起伏濕天然氣管道的積液規(guī)律進行分析。以某集氣站集輸管道為例,探究了地形起伏濕天然氣管道沿線的液體分布情況,針對管內(nèi)氣體流速、管道傾角等因素對管道持液率的影響進行敏感性分析,得到該起伏濕氣管道的積液規(guī)律以及某流量工況下管道不出現(xiàn)積液現(xiàn)象的臨界管道傾角,并基于此建立了氣體流速、管道傾角以及持液率之間的預(yù)測數(shù)學(xué)模型,將模型計算結(jié)果與軟件模擬結(jié)果進行了對比分析,驗證了預(yù)測模型的準確性。預(yù)測模型為濕氣管道實際運行過程中的積液控制與安全運行提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the actual operation process of undulating wet gas pipeline, it is easy to form liquid accumulation in the low-lying and uphill sections of the pipeline, resulting in a series of problems, such as the decrease of pipeline transportation efficiency, the increase of pipeline pressure drop, the formation of hydrate, the formation of slug flow and the aggravation of corrosion in the pipeline. Therefore, the liquid accumulation law of topographic undulating wet natural gas pipeline is analyzed. Taking the gathering pipeline of a gas gathering station as an example, this paper probes into the liquid distribution along the wet natural gas pipeline with undulating terrain, analyzes the influence of the gas velocity and the inclination angle of the pipeline on the liquid holding rate of the pipeline, obtains the liquid accumulation law of the undulating wet gas pipeline and the critical pipeline inclination angle of the pipeline without liquid accumulation under a certain flow condition, and establishes the gas velocity. The prediction mathematical model between pipeline inclination angle and liquid holding rate is compared with the software simulation results, and the accuracy of the prediction model is verified. The prediction model provides a theoretical basis for the liquid accumulation control and safe operation of moisture pipeline in the actual operation process.
