低碳高鈮X100管線鋼的靜態(tài)軟化行為

【摘要】:通過(guò)熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)低碳高鈮X100管線鋼進(jìn)行雙道次熱壓縮試驗(yàn),研究了其靜態(tài)軟化行為,建立了該管線鋼靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。結(jié)果表明:該管線鋼的靜態(tài)軟化行為受道次間隔時(shí)間和變形溫度的影響較大;隨著變形溫度的升高和道次間隔時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),試驗(yàn)鋼的靜態(tài)軟化率增大;當(dāng)變形溫度低于950℃時(shí),試驗(yàn)鋼不會(huì)發(fā)生靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為,而當(dāng)變形溫度高于1 000℃時(shí),試驗(yàn)鋼可以實(shí)現(xiàn)完全靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶;通過(guò)建立的模型計(jì)算得到該鋼的靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶激活能為325kJ·mol-1,與采用化學(xué)成分經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式法求得的結(jié)果相吻合。
[Abstract]:The double pass thermal compression test of low carbon and high niobium X100 pipeline steel was carried out by thermal simulation tester. The static softening behavior of the pipeline steel was studied and the dynamic model of static crystallization of the pipeline steel was established.
