油氣管道漏磁檢測(cè)缺陷區(qū)域的分段識(shí)別方法

【摘要】:為解決油氣管道漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)量巨大所帶來的處理難題,研究一種從漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)中快速識(shí)別出待求解目標(biāo)缺陷區(qū)域的檢測(cè)方法;谟邢拊抡嬗(jì)算,對(duì)油氣管道三維漏磁檢測(cè)信號(hào)的特性進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而對(duì)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分段閾值截取處理,并提出一種管道待求解缺陷區(qū)域的分段識(shí)別方法,可快速且準(zhǔn)確地處理油氣管道漏磁檢測(cè)海量數(shù)據(jù);趯(shí)際油氣管道的漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)所提出的分段識(shí)別方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:所提出的方法可準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別出管道上的缺陷區(qū)域,既完整地包含缺陷及其附近區(qū)域,也不存在過量的無關(guān)區(qū)域,可有效地控制后續(xù)處理過程的數(shù)據(jù)量。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem caused by the huge amount of magnetic flux leakage detection data in oil and gas pipelines, a detection method for quickly identifying the target defect area to be solved from the magnetic flux leakage detection data is studied. Based on the finite element simulation calculation, the characteristics of 3D magnetic flux leakage detection signal of oil and gas pipeline are studied, and then the detection data are intercepted by segmented threshold, and a piecewise identification method of pipeline defect area to be solved is proposed, which can deal with massive data of magnetic flux leakage detection of oil and gas pipeline quickly and accurately. Based on the magnetic flux leakage detection data of actual oil and gas pipelines, the proposed piecewise identification method is tested and verified. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately identify the defect area on the pipeline, which not only contains the defect and its adjacent area, but also does not have excessive independent area, and can effectively control the amount of data in the subsequent processing process.
