層狀磷酸鋯固體潤滑特性的研究進展

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展,要求設備運行速度更快、壽命更長,才能滿足機械設備高效率和能源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標,因此尋求新型潤滑材料和潤滑技術具有重要意義。由于層狀磷酸鋯材料具有層狀晶體結構,其固體潤滑劑性質(zhì)引起了關注,開展了比較系統(tǒng)的研究。對近年來層狀磷酸鋯材料作為潤滑油脂添加劑的研究工作,從材料合成規(guī)律、減摩抗磨性能、潤滑機理等方面,進行了回顧和評述。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industry, it is necessary for the equipment to run faster and have a longer life in order to meet the goal of high efficiency of mechanical equipment and sustainable development of energy. Therefore, it is of great significance to seek new lubricating materials and lubrication technology. Due to the layered crystal structure of layered zirconium phosphate materials, the properties of solid lubricants have attracted much attention, and a systematic study has been carried out. The research work of layered zirconium phosphate as lubricating oil additive in recent years is reviewed and reviewed from the aspects of material synthesis law, antifriction and antiwear properties, lubrication mechanism and so on.
