能量色散X射線熒光光譜法測(cè)定汽油中鉛、鐵、錳含量

【摘要】:利用能量色散X射線熒光光譜儀,建立了能量色散X射線熒光光譜法同時(shí)快速測(cè)定汽油中Pb,Fe,Mn含量的方法,并對(duì)方法進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確性和重復(fù)性考察。結(jié)果表明,Pb,Fe,Mn質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在0~100μg/g范圍內(nèi)均具有良好的線性關(guān)系,檢出限分別為0.06,0.4,0.09μg/g,回收率均在91.7%~107.9%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均小于3.0%。該方法可以同時(shí)快速測(cè)定汽油中的Pb,Fe,Mn元素含量。
[Abstract]:A method for the simultaneous determination of Pb,Fe,Mn in gasoline by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, and the accuracy and reproducibility of the method were investigated.
