【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)防噴器參數(shù)化和系列化設(shè)計,提升設(shè)計質(zhì)量和效率,在PTC Creo軟件平臺上,運(yùn)用Top-down方法設(shè)計球形膠芯環(huán)形防噴器。通過概念設(shè)計、骨架模型設(shè)計和組裝設(shè)計,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計參數(shù)從頂層(布局)向底層(模型)的無縫傳遞,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計參數(shù)對模型幾何的控制。利用PTC Mathcad軟件完成防噴器設(shè)計計算并與PTC Creo進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立參數(shù)表實(shí)現(xiàn)對35 MPa的某系列球形膠芯環(huán)形防噴器系列化設(shè)計。設(shè)計表明,Top-down方法具有更高的效率,更易于參數(shù)的修改,更有利于系列化產(chǎn)品的快速開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the parametric and serialized design of blowout preventer and improve the design quality and efficiency, the spherical rubber core annular blowout preventer is designed by Top-down method on the PTC Creo software platform. Through conceptual design, skeleton model design and assembly design, the seamless transfer of design parameters from top layer (layout) to bottom layer (model) is realized, and then the control of design parameters to model geometry is realized. The design and calculation of blowout preventer is completed by PTC Mathcad software and the data exchange is carried out with PTC Creo. On this basis, the serial design of a series of spherical rubber core annular blowout preventer with 35 MPa is realized by establishing a parameter table. The design shows that the Top-down method has higher efficiency, is easier to modify the parameters, and is more conducive to the rapid development of serialized products.
