楔形節(jié)流閥沖蝕數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:針對楔形節(jié)流閥(2段斜面組成)的閥芯表面容易受到?jīng)_蝕的問題,基于液固兩相流與沖蝕理論,通過利用fluent軟件,采用控制變量法研究了不同楔形角度對閥芯沖蝕的影響,得出了不同楔形角度下沖蝕率的變化規(guī)律。根據(jù)變化規(guī)律,選出了最優(yōu)的楔形角度組合,對提高楔形節(jié)流閥的抗沖蝕能力具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the core surface of wedged throttle valve (composed of two inclined planes) is vulnerable to erosion, based on the theory of liquid-solid two-phase flow and erosion, the influence of different cuneiform angles on the erosion of valve core is studied by using fluent software and control variable method. The variation of erosion rate at different cuneiform angles is obtained. According to the law of change, the optimal combination of wedged angle is selected, which can be used for reference to improve the erosion resistance of wedged throttle valve.
