埋地天然氣管道泄漏量計(jì)算與分析
[Abstract]:In order to calculate the leakage of buried natural gas pipeline, a reasonable calculation model of buried pipeline leakage and the amount of natural gas absorption in buried pipeline soil are obtained, and the classification standard of gas pipeline leakage model is analyzed. The Isothermal and Isentropy models were established to calculate the leakage of small pores. Combined with the experimental data of leakage intensity of natural gas pipeline, it is concluded that the Isentropy and isotherm models are the upper and lower limits of the actual leakage of small holes, respectively. The equation of leakage diffusion concentration of buried pipeline is derived by using Fick's law, and the diffusion range is analyzed, and the leakage quantity is calculated and analyzed with an engineering example. The results show that the smaller the leakage aperture of the hole is, the longer the time is at the explosion concentration limit, and the higher the risk is. According to the distribution law of natural gas concentration in the soil around the buried pipeline, the calculation method of soil absorption is put forward, the calculation method of surface vapor cloud leakage quality is improved, and the natural gas absorption rate of soil is quantitatively given with an engineering example.
