大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐分層破壞及翻滾過(guò)程的數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:建立了大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐分層及翻滾模型,充分考慮了LNG多組分、變物性的特點(diǎn),分別研究了分層破壞的機(jī)理及分層溫差、分層高度、漏熱量和漏熱位置對(duì)翻滾劇烈程度的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)?shù)撞柯釣?0 W/m~2,上下層溫差大于0.2 K時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生翻滾,且溫差越大,翻滾發(fā)生越容易,翻滾程度越劇烈。當(dāng)?shù)撞柯?0 W/m~2,上下層高度越接近時(shí),翻滾程度越劇烈。無(wú)論是底部漏熱還是側(cè)壁漏熱,漏熱量越大時(shí),翻滾程度越劇烈。漏熱量相同時(shí),側(cè)壁漏熱發(fā)生翻滾的時(shí)間要早于底部漏熱,但劇烈程度要小于底部漏熱。
