指向式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:在鉆井技術(shù)中,位于最前沿的技術(shù)之一就是旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井技術(shù)。他是鉆井技術(shù)的最高水平的體現(xiàn)。該技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵在于實(shí)現(xiàn)了旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向閉環(huán)鉆井技術(shù)。在其他國家的鉆井體系的公司中,已經(jīng)研發(fā)了旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用此技術(shù)在多種多種旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向井下工具中取得好的效果。由于國外對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向閉環(huán)鉆井技術(shù)非常重視,并且核心技術(shù)始終處于封鎖的階段,我國技術(shù)人員對(duì)此項(xiàng)技術(shù)還沒有突破。迫切需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究。本文系統(tǒng)地研究了一種新的指向式旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具類型的動(dòng)力學(xué)問題,并與石油工業(yè)中對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具的需求密切相關(guān)。其中內(nèi)容主要包含旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具實(shí)體建模以及原理設(shè)計(jì),涉及旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具的模型建立,對(duì)偏置機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,以及虛擬樣機(jī)仿真驗(yàn)證。全文主要分為六個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行分別闡述。
[Abstract]:In drilling technology, one of the most advanced technologies is rotary steering drilling technology. He is the embodiment of the highest level of drilling technology. The key of this technology is to realize the rotary steering closed loop drilling technology. Among the companies in other countries, rotating steering drilling system has been developed, and this technology has been used to achieve good results in a variety of rotary steering downhole tools. Because foreign countries attach great importance to rotating steering closed-loop drilling technology, and the core technology has always been in the blockade stage, Chinese technicians have not broken through this technology. It is urgent to study it. In this paper, the dynamics of a new type of directional rotary steering drilling tool is studied systematically, which is closely related to the demand for rotating steering drilling tool in petroleum industry. The main contents include solid modeling and principle design of rotating steering drilling tool, including model establishment of rotating steering drilling tool, dynamic analysis of bias mechanism, and simulation verification of virtual prototype. The full text is mainly divided into six chapters to elaborate.
