環(huán)保型鉆井用高效潤滑劑NH-HPL的制備與性能評價

【摘要】:針對目前鉆井液常用植物油潤滑劑潤滑持效性差以及抗溫性能差的問題,以油酸和聚醚胺為原料,經酰胺化反應,制得鉆井液潤滑劑NH-HPL。性能評價結果表明:在常溫下,5%膨潤土漿中加入1%NH-HPL,潤滑系數(shù)可降低92.2%,抗溫達160℃,熒光級別為1級,EC_(50)值為9.57×10~4mg/L,沒有生物毒性,對鉆井液流變性和濾失性無明顯影響。
