經(jīng)濟(jì)型陶粒支撐劑制備及性能研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外未來(lái)幾年支撐劑發(fā)展的前景可知,研制一種既能克服石英砂支撐劑的缺點(diǎn)又適用于低閉合壓力油氣井的陶粒支撐劑將是一個(gè)新的發(fā)展方向。我們首次提出并以二級(jí)乙等鋁礬土和膨潤(rùn)土為原料制備了這種新型經(jīng)濟(jì)型陶粒支撐劑,借助XRD、SEM等分析手段,研究了燒結(jié)溫度、錳粉添加劑、白云石添加劑、復(fù)合添加劑對(duì)支撐劑物相、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)及物理性能的影響,并研究了其燒結(jié)反應(yīng)機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)支撐劑性能影響較大,經(jīng)濟(jì)型陶粒支撐劑的主晶相為石英和莫來(lái)石,其形成溫度為1480~1510℃,此時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)致密,性能良好;(2)按照單因素分析法,研究錳粉添加量對(duì)支撐劑性能的影響。在固定燒結(jié)溫度1480℃下保溫2h燒結(jié),錳粉添加量為4wt%為宜,此時(shí)棒狀莫來(lái)石形成相互交錯(cuò)的空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),顆粒狀石英穿插于其中的空隙中;同時(shí),錳離子與莫來(lái)石形成固溶體,促進(jìn)了燒結(jié)致密化,物理性能優(yōu)良;(3)以燒結(jié)溫度實(shí)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),在固定燒結(jié)溫度下研究白云石添加量對(duì)支撐性能的影響。在固定燒結(jié)溫度1480℃下,白云石添加量以3wt%為宜。此時(shí)添加劑中的CaO和MgO在反應(yīng)過(guò)程中形成化合物和液相,將氣孔排除,促進(jìn)燒結(jié),支撐劑結(jié)構(gòu)致密,;(4)添加復(fù)合添加劑(4wt%錳粉和3wt%白云石),在1380~1420℃范圍內(nèi)可制得符合工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的支撐劑,滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)型陶粒支撐劑的要求。
[Abstract]:According to the prospect of propensant development at home and abroad in the next few years, it is a new development direction to develop a ceramsite propensant which can not only overcome the shortcomings of quartz sand propelling agent, but also be suitable for low closed pressure oil and gas wells. This new type of economical ceramsite propensant was prepared by using grade B bauxite and bentonite as raw materials for the first time. The sintering temperature, manganese powder additive and dolomite additive were studied by means of XRD,SEM and other analytical methods. The effect of compound additive on the phase, microstructure and physical properties of propelling agent was studied, and the sintering reaction mechanism was studied. The results show that: (1) the sintering temperature has a great influence on the properties of proponents. The main crystal phases of economical ceramsite proponents are quartz and mullite, and their formation temperature is 1480 鈮,
