模擬套管固井滑套工況下沖蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)方案設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:The newly developed downhole tools must be strictly tested before they can be put on the spot, so it is particularly important to simulate the actual working conditions accurately. In view of the characteristics of large displacement and high sand content in fracturing, a working condition simulation experimental model of four pumps in series and parallel mode is designed. According to the experimental conditions, it is assumed that the connection scheme of the erosion experimental equipment is the parallel mode of the two pumps, and the theoretical calculation shows that the lift provided by the pump for the pipeline needs to reach 35.82 m, which is combined with the measured Q-H characteristic curve of a single centrifugal pump. Finally, the equipment connection scheme is determined to be a series-parallel mode of four pumps. By monitoring the ratio of displacement to sand content in the simulated erosion experiment, the results show that the designed experimental scheme can meet the simulated large discharge (4.5 m3/min). The erosion requirement of high sand content ratio (volume ratio 25%) is high and there is a large margin. At the same time, it is concluded that the sliding sleeve with different number of holes has obvious influence on the overall pressure loss, experimental flow rate and pumping capacity of the pipeline.
