薩中開發(fā)區(qū)周期交替注聚技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Since the first class of reservoir polymer flooding in Sazhong Development Zone was put into industrial application in 1996, it has gone through the research and popularization process of middle score, high score to super high score and from ordinary concentration to high concentration, which makes the range of improving oil recovery increasing. However, from the point of view of the production situation of the reservoir in the process of polymer injection, the production condition of the single well with great permeability difference and the layer with relatively poor reservoir properties is not ideal. In recent years, the relevant research units have carried out in-depth research on alternating injection, and it is concluded that alternating injection can improve reservoir recovery and save polymer dry powder at the same time. According to the target of polymer flooding "520" and the requirements of "four best" in Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd., the injection station No. 2 of Xidong Block, Nanyi District, is selected as the experimental area in Sazhong Development Zone to carry out different molecular weights. In order to explore a new way to further improve oil recovery and save dry powder, different concentrations of cyclic alternating injection test were used to explore a new way to further improve oil recovery and save dry powder. Based on the fine description of the reservoir in the experimental area, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the reservoir characteristics, reserve distribution, production status of the present well pattern and the remaining oil potential of the No. 2 injection station in the Xidong Block of the South 1 area. Through cyclic alternating polymer injection of different molecular weight polymers, combined with fracturing, split injection, profile control and other measures, the injection ability and production degree of thin difference reservoir are improved, the polymer is used efficiently, and the cost of polymer is reduced. Further improve the development effect of the block. In the experimental stage, the oil recovery is increased by 12% and the cost of chemical agent is saved by 21.7%. The test results can be applied to 125 m well distance polymer flooding industrial block of the main reservoir. Without affecting the final improvement of oil recovery, the polymer cost can be saved, the cost can be reduced, and the economic benefit can be maximized. It has guiding and reference significance for the research and application of small well spacing in the main reservoir and alternating injection of polymer flooding in the second type of reservoir.
