生物接觸氧化法處理煉油廢堿液

【摘要】:采用生物接觸氧化工藝對(duì)煉油廢堿液進(jìn)行生化處理。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)進(jìn)水COD濃度2 000~3 000 mg/L、硫化物濃度30~150 mg/L、揮發(fā)酚濃度0~4.5 mg/L時(shí),維持系統(tǒng)水力停留時(shí)間48 h,可實(shí)現(xiàn)出水COD濃度、硫化物濃度和揮發(fā)酚濃度分別為70~300 mg/L、0~5.6 mg/L和1.0 mg/L,去除率分別為80%~97%,94%~100%和98%~99%。當(dāng)生化系統(tǒng)受到污染負(fù)荷沖擊時(shí),COD和硫化物處理能力3 d后能恢復(fù)正常。
