川西地區(qū)鉆井提速技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:川西氣田主要施工目的層為蓬萊鎮(zhèn)組和沙溪廟組,井型為水平井及部分定向探井。該地區(qū)地層非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng),具有一定研磨性,可鉆性較差,存在定向造斜井段機(jī)械鉆速低、部分區(qū)塊提速工具實(shí)用性未知、部分區(qū)塊高密度鉆井液性能掌控能力不足等難題?朔@些難題對(duì)提高鉆井速度及綜合效益至關(guān)重要。本文結(jié)合川西地區(qū)的地質(zhì)特征和地層特點(diǎn),開展了針對(duì)定向段提速技術(shù)研究,通過巖石性能的測(cè)試和測(cè)井資料計(jì)算分析,優(yōu)選了合適于川西地區(qū)的鉆頭,結(jié)合定向PDC鉆頭流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬分析,最后設(shè)計(jì)出8-1/2″WHMGP461-5五刀翼雙排齒鉆頭,主切削齒為19mm復(fù)合片,刀翼螺旋角為15°,該鉆頭冠部輪廓為淺內(nèi)錐-短外錐結(jié)構(gòu)。該鉆頭在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用中平均機(jī)械鉆速6.83 m/h,達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)軌跡的宏觀控制,本文開展了軌跡預(yù)處理和著陸控制技術(shù)研究,對(duì)井下工具選擇和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作提出了針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的八條技術(shù)措施。同時(shí)為了保證定向井段和水平井段鉆井順利,本文針對(duì)井眼潤(rùn)滑和井眼剖面優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)也提出了技術(shù)對(duì)策。液力推進(jìn)器可以解決井斜角過大時(shí)無法施加鉆壓的問題,本文通過什邡區(qū)塊多口井液力推薦器使用分析,提出了液力推進(jìn)器的使用條件和鉆具組合。針對(duì)中江、新場(chǎng)等區(qū)塊高密度鉆井液流變性和沉降穩(wěn)定性之間的矛盾,本文開展了溫度和膨潤(rùn)土含量對(duì)水基鉆井液性能影響的大量室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),總結(jié)出鉆井液體系及配方,在新場(chǎng),中江等代表性區(qū)塊進(jìn)行了多井次現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),效果良好。
[Abstract]:The main target layers of western Sichuan gas field are Penglaizhen formation and Shaximiao formation, and the well types are horizontal wells and some directional exploration wells. The formation heterogeneity in this area is strong, which has certain grinding property and poor drillability. There are some problems, such as low mechanical drilling speed in directional inclined well section, unknown practicability of speed raising tools in some blocks, and insufficient performance control ability of high density drilling fluid in some blocks. Overcoming these problems is very important to improve drilling speed and comprehensive benefit. Based on the geological and formation characteristics of western Sichuan, the speed-raising technology of directional section is studied in this paper. through the test of rock properties and the calculation and analysis of logging data, the bits suitable for western Sichuan are selected.
