油井水泥無氯促凝早強(qiáng)劑的研制與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)合早強(qiáng)劑中通常含氯鹽,不適用于AMPS類水泥漿體系,且水泥石高溫下長(zhǎng)期強(qiáng)度會(huì)出現(xiàn)衰退現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)對(duì)套管有腐蝕作用。針對(duì)這些問題,研發(fā)出一種復(fù)配的無氯促凝早強(qiáng)劑,以硫酸鈉、鋁酸鈉、甲酸鈣和氧化鈣,按照質(zhì)量比1∶1∶1∶1均勻混合而成。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該早強(qiáng)劑適用于PVA類和AMPS類水泥漿體系;可使油井水泥在30℃低溫下,8 h強(qiáng)度達(dá)3.5 MPa,稠化時(shí)間縮短至80 min以內(nèi),初凝時(shí)間縮短至90 min以內(nèi),初終凝過渡時(shí)間縮短至10 min以內(nèi),有利于油氣井的防竄。該早強(qiáng)劑在大港油田板37-15井?139.7 mm生產(chǎn)套管固井中得到成功應(yīng)用,固井質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)率達(dá)81.2%,合格率達(dá)93.5%。
