加油VOCs排放因子測試方法研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:加油站VOCs排放是北京市VOCs的主要來源之一,中國、美國環(huán)保署、歐洲環(huán)境署加油環(huán)節(jié)的未控制排放因子(UEF)分別是加州空氣資源委員會(CARB)加油UEF(1 008 mg·L-1)的2.16、1.31和1.00倍,中國20年來汽油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)生了變化,急需開展加油VOCs排放因子本地化研究.本研究對比發(fā)現(xiàn)歐盟加油排放因子測試方法比CARB簡單易操作,借鑒歐盟方法加工了加油VOCs排放因子測試裝置,并在北京市某加油站的美國加油油氣回收系統(tǒng)(StageⅡ)開展加油VOCs排放因子測試.結(jié)果表明:1針對試驗油箱,冬夏季加油油氣回收效率分別是氣液比(A/L)的0.93和0.83倍,夏季加油排放因子大于冬季,且回收效率小于冬季;2針對社會車輛,A/L=0時冬夏季加油UEF分別為(525±42)mg·L-1和(963±174)mg·L-1,分別是CARB加油UEF的0.52倍和0.95倍,冬夏季在A/L為1.05~1.07時的排放因子平均值分別為(55±30)mg·L-1和(112±108)mg·L-1;3選取無油氣回收時社會車輛加油UEF作為北京市冬夏季加油UEF,結(jié)合試驗油箱建立的冬夏季排放因子與A/L的線性方程,計算有油氣回收時不同A/L的排放因子.
