鎮(zhèn)涇油田污水處理優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the expansion of exploration and development scale, the sewage produced in Zhenjing oilfield is increasing day by day, and the daily treatment capacity of sewage treatment station is also increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of dosing technology scheme which is suitable for different types of sewage mixture in Zhenjing Oilfield. By analyzing the water quality of three different types of sewage in Zhenjing Oilfield, I. E., produced water, drilling water and fracturing fluid, and through laboratory experimental study, their dosing treatment schemes and dosing costs are determined respectively. Because the water quality, scaling ion content and composition of produced water from different layers in Zhenjing oilfield are different, the addition of scale inhibitor is also different. Phosphate butane tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) was used as scale inhibitor in the laboratory. When the extracted water was 9 and 8 layers, the dosage was 20 mg / L, when the extracted water was 6 and 9 layers longer, the dosage was 40 mg / L. For drilling sewage, this paper uses flocculation method to treat it. On the basis of laboratory experiment, the suitable flocculant polyaluminum chloride (PAC), dosage is 30mg / L, water quality regulator Na OH, dosage is 280~400mg/L and cationic polyacrylamide (PAM) is mixed with polyaluminum polymer aluminum. The dosage of PAM was 1.0 mg / L, and the optimum experimental temperature, reaction time and time interval were determined. Based on the characteristics of difficult treatment and degradation of CODcr in fracturing fluid, this paper uses flocculation-oil separation method to treat the wastewater in depth with sodium hypochlorite combined with ultraviolet light. In the flocculation experiment, the dosage of polyaluminum chloride (PAC), was 175 mg / L, sodium hypochlorite was selected as oxidant in oxidation experiment, the dosage was 40 mg / L, and the 30min was irradiated by ultraviolet light at the same time. Most of the wastewater treatment stations in Zhenjing Oilfield are mixed water with different mixing ratios. In this paper, the ratio of any two different types of sewage is 2-8, 4-6, 5-5, 6-4, 8: 2 and that of any three different types of sewage is 2-2-6, 4-4-2, 1-2-7, 2-3-5, 3-3-4, and the ratio is 2-2-6, 4-4-2, 1-2-7, 2-3-5, 3-3-4-hour, respectively. A computational study was carried out, Determine their dosing plan. On the basis of an example, the dosing law suitable for Zhenjing oilfield sewage with arbitrary mixing ratio is studied for field application.
