HPAM南海海水溶液磁處理增粘條件優(yōu)化及性能評價

【摘要】:利用表觀粘度測量法,研究部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)南海海水溶液磁處理后的增粘規(guī)律,并對增粘后的HPAM南海海水溶液進(jìn)行抗剪切性能、抗氧降解性能、磁記憶性和模擬巖心驅(qū)油性能評價。結(jié)果表明:在磁處理溫度為30℃、磁場強(qiáng)度為60 mT、磁處理時間為1.5 h和磁處理攪拌速度為800 r/min的條件下,質(zhì)量濃度為2 000 mg/L的HPAM南海海水溶液的粘度由14.2 mPa·s增至18.1 mPa·s,增粘率達(dá)27.5%;磁處理增粘的HPAM南海海水溶液,在30℃下抗50~200目篩網(wǎng)的剪切性能和抗氧鼓泡降解性能明顯優(yōu)于同溫度下未經(jīng)磁處理的HPAM南海海水溶液,且磁記憶時間達(dá)9 d。在HPAM南海海水溶液驅(qū)油結(jié)束后,繼續(xù)注入3.9 PV經(jīng)磁處理增粘的HPAM南海海水溶液,注入壓力提高了35 k Pa,圖像顯示波及體積進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,采收率得到進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:The viscosity enhancement of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) South China Sea seawater solution after magnetic treatment was studied by means of apparent viscosity measurement.
