深水卡爪連接器防松機(jī)構(gòu)研究及試驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:針對深水卡爪連接器在工作時(shí)受到外界環(huán)境干擾造成的松動問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了新型非螺紋防松機(jī)構(gòu)。根據(jù)深水卡爪連接器密封結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對防松機(jī)構(gòu)受力特性進(jìn)行分析,找出影響鎖緊效率的主要因素,確定了卡爪連接器防松機(jī)構(gòu)2個(gè)鎖緊配合的角度。對卡爪連接器密封結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)進(jìn)行受力分析,得出卡爪連接器對拉力載荷的承載能力,計(jì)算出防松機(jī)構(gòu)增益系數(shù)及防松力。通過運(yùn)動性能試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了防松壓塊及解鎖壓塊與防松滑塊之間的運(yùn)動關(guān)系;通過等效受載試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了防松機(jī)構(gòu)在外載下具有良好的防松性能。研制的防松機(jī)構(gòu)已經(jīng)在我國南海水下320 m進(jìn)行了示范應(yīng)用,有重要的理論意義和推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new non-thread anti-loosening mechanism is designed in order to solve the loosening problem caused by the disturbance of the external environment in the deep-water clip-claw connector. According to the sealing structure characteristics of the deep-water claw connector, the mechanical characteristics of the anti-loosening mechanism are analyzed, the main factors affecting the locking efficiency are found out, and the angles of the two locking fits of the anti-loosening mechanism of the claw connector are determined. The mechanical analysis of the sealing structure of the claw connector is carried out. The load carrying capacity of the claw connector to the tensile load is obtained, and the gain coefficient and the anti-loosening force of the anti-loosening mechanism are calculated. The motion relationship between the anti-loosening block, the unlocking block and the anti-loosening slider is verified by the motion performance test, and through the equivalent load test, it is verified that the anti-loosening mechanism has good anti-loosening performance under the external load. The developed anti-loosening mechanism has been demonstrated and applied in the South China Sea underwater 320 m, which has important theoretical significance and popularization value.
