【摘要】：建立24罐8層火道順流式罐式爐溫度場(chǎng)、殘余揮發(fā)分濃度場(chǎng)的二維數(shù)學(xué)模型,模型中包含多孔介質(zhì)滲流傳熱模型、固相活塞流模型、異相熱解反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型及等效熱流密度邊界模型4個(gè)部分,并通過(guò)該模型研究罐式爐中石油焦熱解傳質(zhì)傳熱過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明:在給定工況下,石油焦揮發(fā)分熱解反應(yīng)主要在二至五層火道高度對(duì)應(yīng)的料罐內(nèi)進(jìn)行;在六至八層火道高度對(duì)應(yīng)的料罐內(nèi),形成長(zhǎng)度約為2.0 m的高溫煅燒帶(T1423 K),滿足石油焦進(jìn)一步聚合并實(shí)現(xiàn)碳結(jié)構(gòu)重排的煅燒溫度要求。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比驗(yàn)證表明:該模型基本能夠反映爐內(nèi)溫度的分布情況,可為罐式爐的溫度自動(dòng)化調(diào)控提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A two-dimensional mathematical model of temperature field and residual volatile concentration field in a 24-tank 8-layer furnace is established. The model includes porous media seepage heat transfer model and solid-phase piston flow model, and the two-dimensional mathematical model includes porous medium seepage heat transfer model and solid-phase piston flow model. The kinetic model of heterogeneous pyrolysis reaction and the boundary model of equivalent heat flux were used to study the pyrolysis and heat transfer process of petroleum coke in tank furnace. The results show that the volatile pyrolysis of petroleum coke is mainly carried out in the tank corresponding to the height of two to five layers of fire channel under a given working condition. A high temperature calcined zone (T1423 K),) with a length of about 2.0m was formed in the tank corresponding to the height of the six to eight layers. The calcination temperature requirement of further polymerization of petroleum coke and realization of rearrangement of carbon structure was met. The comparison of the production data shows that the model can basically reflect the temperature distribution in the furnace and can provide a certain theoretical basis for the automatic control of the temperature of the tank furnace.
