電力振動器激振作用下的套管串振動特性
[Abstract]:Vibration cementing is a new method which can obviously improve the cementing strength of the cementing interface. To this end, a power vibrator was developed. The vibrator is driven by a high-temperature motor vibration component to convert electric energy into mechanical energy, the motor vibration component drives the eccentric block to rotate to form a shock source through an output shaft, an exciting force that rotates in the axial direction is generated on the bottom of the casing string, and then a main coordinate analysis method is used, By analyzing the vibration characteristics of the exciting force in the string of the straight shaft, the dynamic response model of the vibration of the power vibrator to the casing string is obtained, and the length of the different casing string is analyzed based on the structure design of a well shaft. The influence of different excitation force and different vibration frequency on the vibration amplitude at the lowest end of the casing string. The results show that (1) the length of the casing string is inversely proportional to the vibration amplitude at the lowest end of the casing string; (2) the excitation force is proportional to the vibration amplitude at the lowest end of the casing string; and (3) the square of the vibration frequency is inversely proportional to the vibration amplitude at the lowest end of the casing string. The research results can provide theoretical support for the application of vibration cementing technology in well cementing field with different well depth and different amplitude requirements.
