X加密區(qū)調(diào)剖工藝適應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)X西南加密區(qū)加密調(diào)整和措施調(diào)整同一時(shí)期進(jìn)行的復(fù)雜開(kāi)發(fā)狀況,采用油藏工程方法,研究措施調(diào)整后產(chǎn)量遞減率、含水上升率等指標(biāo)變化規(guī)律,分析措施效果,建立措施效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)計(jì)算方法,合理測(cè)算老井以及加密井措施增油量和降水量。通過(guò)加密區(qū)各調(diào)剖井組之間措施效果的對(duì)比,從堵水調(diào)剖作用機(jī)理出發(fā),根據(jù)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)和礦場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,研究油層地質(zhì)因素、開(kāi)發(fā)因素、注入工藝因素等對(duì)調(diào)剖效果的影響,采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法研究各項(xiàng)影響因素與措施效果的關(guān)聯(lián)度,確定影響該區(qū)塊措施效果的重要因素,評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)剖體系性能、工藝參數(shù)與油藏的適應(yīng)性。研究結(jié)果表明,X西南加密區(qū)近年來(lái)在加密調(diào)整和措施調(diào)整期間,產(chǎn)量上升、含水下降,既有加密調(diào)整油井?dāng)?shù)增加的增油作用,也有措施調(diào)整增油降水效果,因此研究措施效果要考慮加密井的影響。該區(qū)塊加密和措施調(diào)整結(jié)束后產(chǎn)量呈加速遞減趨勢(shì)、含水也呈加速上升趨勢(shì),因此仍需開(kāi)展進(jìn)一步的措施調(diào)整以提高注水開(kāi)發(fā)效果。根據(jù)加密區(qū)2011~2013年實(shí)施堵水調(diào)剖的32個(gè)井組的措施效果測(cè)算結(jié)果,6個(gè)井組措施增油降水效果顯著,單井組措施累計(jì)增油1500t以上;18個(gè)井組措施增油降水效果較好,平均單井組措施累計(jì)增油873t;同時(shí)有8個(gè)井組措施增油降水效果不明顯,單井組措施累計(jì)增油不到100t,這類井組需進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化注入調(diào)剖體系和工藝參數(shù),提高措施效果。堵水調(diào)剖效果的影響因素分油層地質(zhì)因素、開(kāi)發(fā)因素、注入工藝因素三類,X加密區(qū)措施井組由于處于同一區(qū)塊且連片分布,地質(zhì)開(kāi)發(fā)條件相近,措施效果主要受注入體系和注入工藝參數(shù)的影響,注入因素是措施效果的決定因素。根據(jù)區(qū)塊各井組堵水調(diào)剖措施效果的對(duì)比,整體上“聚合物、弱凝膠+膠粉顆粒及強(qiáng)凝膠”體系更適于該區(qū),其中轉(zhuǎn)注井組應(yīng)用“弱凝膠+脲醛樹(shù)脂”效果較好;礦場(chǎng)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果也表明,增加注入量和干劑用量可以有效提高措施效果,加密區(qū)不同措施效果的井組都有進(jìn)一步增加注入量和干劑量提高措施效果的余地。本文形成一套特低滲透油藏堵水調(diào)剖效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)測(cè)算方法,優(yōu)化了調(diào)剖劑注入量和注入方式,可以為油田評(píng)價(jià)措施效果提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In view of the complicated development situation of encryption adjustment and measure adjustment in southwestern encryption area of X during the same period, this paper adopts reservoir engineering method to study the changing rule of production decline rate and water cut up rate after the adjustment, and analyzes the effect of the measures. Establish the calculation method of the evaluation index of the effect of measures, and reasonably calculate the oil increase and precipitation of the old well and the dense well. Based on the comparison between different profile control well groups in the dense area and the mechanism of water plugging and profile control, according to the results of laboratory and field tests, the influence of geological factors, development factors and injection technology factors on profile control effect is studied. The grey relational analysis method is used to study the correlation between the influencing factors and the effect of the measures, to determine the important factors affecting the effect of the measures in this block, and to evaluate the performance of the profile control system and the adaptability of the technological parameters to the reservoir. The results show that in recent years, during the period of infill adjustment and measure adjustment, the production has increased and the water cut has decreased in the southwestern dense area of X, which not only has the effect of increasing the number of oil wells by infill adjustment, but also has some measures to adjust the effect of increasing oil and lowering water. Therefore, the effect of research measures should be considered. At the end of the block encryption and measures adjustment, the output decreases rapidly, and the water cut also increases. Therefore, further measures need to be taken to improve the effect of water injection development. According to the results of 32 well groups used in water shutoff and profile control from 2011 to 2013 in the dense area, the results show that 6 well groups have remarkable effect on increasing oil and dewatering, and the single well group has a cumulative oil increase of more than 1500 tons. 18 well groups have a good effect on increasing oil and dewatering, and the average single well group measures have accumulative oil-increasing 873 t; At the same time, 8 well groups have no obvious effect on increasing oil and lowering water, and single well group has less than 100 t cumulative oil increase. This kind of well group needs to further optimize injection profile control system and process parameters, and improve the effect of measures. The influencing factors of water plugging and profile control effect are divided into three types: geological factors, development factors and injection process factors. Because of the same block and the distribution of connected slices in X-dense area, the geological development conditions are similar, and the geological development conditions of the well groups in the X-dense area are similar. The effect of the measure is mainly influenced by the injection system and the injection process parameters, and the injection factor is the decisive factor of the measure effect. According to the comparison of the water plugging and profile control measures of each well group in the block, the "polymer, weak gel powder particles and strong gel" system is more suitable for this area as a whole, and the application of "weak gel urea-formaldehyde resin" in the transfer well group is better. The results of field statistics also show that increasing the amount of injection and the dosage of dry agent can effectively improve the effect of the measures, and there is room for further increasing the injection volume and increasing the effect of the dry dose in the well groups with different effects of the measures in the dense area. In this paper, a set of evaluation indexes for profile control effect of water shutoff in ultra-low permeability reservoirs has been formed, and the injection quantity and mode of profile control agent have been optimized, which can provide technical support for the evaluation effect of oilfield.
