J16區(qū)塊竄聚井選擇性調(diào)堵技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合J16區(qū)塊油藏地質(zhì)條件及開發(fā)條件,研究了聚合物的竄流機(jī)理及其影響因素,并在充分利用地下大量殘留聚合物的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用油田處理污水常用的凈水劑凈化污水的原理,即陽離子絮凝劑與聚合物可以發(fā)生絮凝反應(yīng)原理,對新型陽離子調(diào)堵劑的種類、用量、注入方式、段塞尺寸等進(jìn)行了研究及優(yōu)選。靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)聚合物濃度分別為100、500、1000、1500mg/L時(shí),調(diào)堵劑1、2、4的最佳理想濃度為0.1%、0.3%、0.5%和1%;聚合物濃度不超過1500mg/L時(shí),所選用的7種陽離子調(diào)堵劑中,調(diào)堵劑1、2、4的聚沉效果較好。動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:陽離子調(diào)堵劑1、2、4均能在人造巖心中與聚合物發(fā)生反應(yīng),起到延遲初始見聚時(shí)機(jī)、降低聚合物峰值濃度、降低聚合物峰值出現(xiàn)時(shí)機(jī)以及提高初始注聚壓力的作用;且對于相同的堵劑,注入濃度和注入量越大,注入壓差就越大,初始見聚時(shí)機(jī)就越延后,峰值濃度也越低;但由于聚合物量是一定的,因此當(dāng)注入的濃度和注入量增大到一定程度后,峰值濃度降低幅度則變小;在巖芯封堵效果實(shí)驗(yàn)中,其封堵率大于96.6%,說明該調(diào)堵體系在巖芯中具有較好的耐沖刷性能,建議調(diào)堵劑的注入濃度高于0.6%,注入段塞高于0.5PV。

The effect of decreasing the peak time of polymer and increasing the initial pressure of polymer injection; For the same plugging agent, the higher the injection concentration and the amount of injection, the greater the injection pressure difference, the longer the initial polymerization time is, and the lower the peak concentration is. However, because the amount of polymer is certain, when the concentration and amount of injection increase to a certain extent, the decrease of peak concentration becomes smaller. In the experiment of core plugging effect, the plugging efficiency is more than 96.6%, which indicates that the plugging system has better anti-scour performance in the core. It is suggested that the injection concentration of plugging agent is higher than 0.6% and the injection slug is higher than 0.5PV.
