PDC鉆頭布齒參數(shù)與地層適應性的試驗研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)地層性質(zhì)合理選擇或設(shè)計PDC鉆頭可以顯著提高鉆井效率。為指導PDC鉆頭合理選型及個性化設(shè)計,選取21只試驗鉆頭,在6種不同可鉆性級別的巖石上進行鉆進試驗,研究了在鉆進不同可鉆性級別的巖石中切削齒尺寸、后傾角、布齒密度的合理取值問題。結(jié)果表明:(1)當巖石可鉆性級別小于Ⅲ時,破巖效率隨切削齒尺寸的增大而增大;(2)當巖石可鉆性級別大于Ⅲ時,16 mm切削齒的破巖效率最高;(3)切削齒尺寸對破巖效率產(chǎn)生不同影響規(guī)律的巖石可鉆性級值分界點為3.11;(4)在6種不同可鉆性級別的巖石中,隨切削齒后傾角增大,破巖效率均呈線性規(guī)律降低,但隨著巖石可鉆性級別的增大,后傾角對破巖效率的影響程度降低;(5)在不同可鉆性級別的巖石中,隨著布齒密度增大,破巖效率均呈冪函數(shù)規(guī)律降低。該研究成果為按巖石可鉆性級別合理選擇PDC鉆頭提供了依據(jù)。
