高含蠟?zāi)z凝油的蠟晶顯微特性

【摘要】:為了研究管道蠟沉積物蠟晶形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)強度的關(guān)系,室內(nèi)制備了不同含蠟比例的膠凝油,模擬現(xiàn)場管道蠟沉積物。借助軟件Image J對不同實驗條件下拍攝的膠凝油蠟晶顯微圖像進行處理,確定40℃是該實驗蠟晶顯微圖像的拍攝溫度。結(jié)果表明:隨著膠凝油含蠟量的增大,蠟晶顆粒數(shù)與面積分數(shù)增大,蠟晶圓度也增大,但長徑比減小,且長徑比集中分布在1.50~2.00的范圍內(nèi),表明大部分蠟晶形態(tài)呈長棒狀。此外,結(jié)合膠凝油的屈服應(yīng)力特性測試,分析蠟晶形態(tài)與其結(jié)構(gòu)強度之間的關(guān)系:隨著含蠟量的增大,蠟晶的邊界盒維數(shù)增大,屈服應(yīng)力也隨之增大。由此可知:膠凝油內(nèi)部的蠟晶形態(tài)差異是導致其結(jié)構(gòu)強度隨含蠟量變化的根本原因,研究結(jié)果為今后原油管道的清管工作提供了技術(shù)支持。
