古巴近海淺灘大位移水平井鉆完井技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文主要針對古巴近海淺灘的大位移水平井的地質(zhì)特性,儲層特性,制定一系列的大位移成本分析和風(fēng)險評估方法,并通過一定的理論研究制定出一套適合大位移水平井的鉆完井技術(shù)方案,包括大位移水平井井眼軌跡及井身結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計,大位移水平井鉆具組合優(yōu)化設(shè)計;大位移水平井扭矩、摩阻控制技術(shù);井眼清潔技術(shù)措施;大位移水平井安全鉆井措施等。本文通過對大位移井專業(yè)工具的研制,制訂一套成形的大位移水平井鉆完井工藝技術(shù),其中包括1.大位移井減摩、減扭工具,并開展摩阻扭矩的預(yù)測分析研究,優(yōu)化參數(shù),盡量增大延伸距離,降低扭矩。2.雙向劃眼工具的研發(fā),雙向劃眼工具采用了螺旋棱形的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)和嵌鑲的合金切削齒,通井過程中能完全消除井壁的微臺階,降低了鉆井的風(fēng)險。3.完成井眼清潔工具.該工具形狀類似于鉆具螺旋扶正器,徑向分布著很多螺旋切削齒,隨鉆具的轉(zhuǎn)動,將巖屑床攪碎并隨鉆井液攜帶出井筒,并且該工具特殊的流道設(shè)計可以瞬間提高鉆井液運移速率,進而提高對巖屑運移的效果,最終實現(xiàn)巖屑的清除。4.漂浮接箍下套管技術(shù)得到很好地實現(xiàn)。5.進行了連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井系統(tǒng)工具的研發(fā).該系統(tǒng)工具可在接單根的時候保持鉆井液的連續(xù)循環(huán),有助于消除接單根停泵和啟泵引起的壓力變化和壓力波動,成功避免了古巴大位移井在中途接單根時候出現(xiàn)的粘卡現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Based on the geological and reservoir characteristics of large displacement horizontal wells in offshore shoal of Cuba, a series of large displacement cost analysis and risk assessment methods are developed in this paper. Through some theoretical research, a set of drilling and completion technology scheme suitable for large displacement horizontal well is worked out, including the optimization design of hole trajectory and wellbore structure of large displacement horizontal well, and the optimization design of drilling tool assembly of large displacement horizontal well. Torque of large displacement horizontal well, friction control technology, hole cleaning technology, safe drilling measure of large displacement horizontal well, etc. In this paper, through the development of professional tools for large displacement wells, a set of forming techniques for drilling and completion of large displacement horizontal wells is developed, including 1. The tool of reducing friction and torsion is used in large displacement well, and the prediction and analysis of friction torque is carried out to optimize the parameters, enlarge the extension distance as far as possible, and reduce the torque. 2. The research and development of two-way piercing tool, the two-way piercing tool adopts spiral prismatic design structure and embedded alloy cutting teeth, which can completely eliminate the micro-steps of the borehole wall and reduce the risk of drilling in the process of passing through the well. 3. Finish hole cleaning tools. The tool is similar in shape to the drill screw centralizer, with a number of helical cutting teeth distributed in the radial direction, the rotation of the tool while drilling, the fragmentation of the cuttings bed and the carrying of the cuttings out of the wellbore with the drilling fluid. The special channel design of the tool can increase the migration rate of drilling fluid instantly, and then improve the effect of cuttings migration, and finally realize the removal of cuttings. 4. Floating coupling casing technology is well realized. 5. The tool of continuous circulation drilling system is developed. The system tool can keep the continuous circulation of drilling fluid when the single rod is connected, which can help to eliminate the pressure change and pressure fluctuation caused by the single stop and start pump, and successfully avoid the sticking phenomenon of the Cuban well with large displacement when connecting the single rod in the midway, which is helpful to eliminate the pressure change and the pressure fluctuation caused by the connection of the single pump stop and start pump.
