定邊采油區(qū)塊采出水回注處理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,隨著陜西延安石油天然氣有限公司油氣田開發(fā)工作的不斷深入,已開發(fā)區(qū)塊均存在不同程度多層系開發(fā)的問題。由于不同層位采出水組成性質(zhì)差異較大,產(chǎn)出水混合后會發(fā)生離子之間的反應(yīng)而結(jié)垢,堵塞油井及地面管線,造成集輸管線堵塞、原油產(chǎn)量銳減,嚴重影響油田開發(fā)效果。為了解決好產(chǎn)出水的處理、回注等問題,并為后續(xù)污水處理工程建設(shè)提供技術(shù)支撐,本課題開展了定邊采油區(qū)塊采出水回注處理技術(shù)研究。首先為了了解延長油田污水處理現(xiàn)狀,對杏子川采油廠已建采出水回注處理的主要工藝、運行狀況進行了調(diào)研。然后,根據(jù)定邊采油區(qū)塊污水水質(zhì)特性,以提高定邊采油區(qū)塊多層混合污水回注處理效果及腐蝕、結(jié)垢控制為目標,通過對定邊長6和長9層混合采出水污水處理藥劑體系研究,實現(xiàn)定邊區(qū)塊多層混合污水處理、防腐、阻垢技術(shù)的集成。結(jié)果表明:定邊采出水中,長6層污水的懸浮物含量為23.08mg/L,含油量為0.8333mg/L,總鐵含量為0.28mg/L,礦化度為26005.004mg/L;長9層污水的懸浮物含量為60.14mg/L、含油量為75.833mg/L,總鐵含量為13.17mg/L,礦化度為7049.079mg/L。兩種水以1:3的比例混合后,在調(diào)節(jié)污水p H值為7.5、氧化劑為Na Cl O、加藥量為10mg/L、氧化時間為30min、無機絮凝劑為PAC、加藥量為90mg/L、PAM的加藥量為0.6mg/L、絮凝劑加藥方式為先加PAC后加PAM、PAC與PAM的加藥時間間隔為30s的條件下,處理后污水的懸浮物含量、含油量可降低到10.0mg/L以下,達到處理標準。最后,針對多層混合污水易發(fā)生結(jié)垢的性質(zhì),采用重量法探索新型裝置的除垢性能。結(jié)果表明,在充填材料為海綿、流速為0.03m/s、反應(yīng)溫度為40℃、循環(huán)時間為15h的條件下,污水結(jié)垢量由原來的146.46mg/L降低到19.504mg/L。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of oil and gas field in Yanan Oil and Gas Co., Ltd in Shaanxi Province, there are some problems in the development of multi-layer system in the developed area. Due to the great difference in the composition of produced water in different layers, the reaction between ions will occur when the produced water is mixed, which will clog the oil well and the surface pipeline, resulting in the blockage of the gathering pipeline and the sharp decrease of the crude oil output, which will seriously affect the development effect of the oil field. In order to solve the problems of water treatment and reinjection, and to provide technical support for the subsequent construction of sewage treatment project, the paper carried out the research on the reinjection treatment technology of produced water in Dingbian oil recovery block. In order to understand the present situation of waste water treatment in Yancheng oilfield, the main processes and operation conditions of reinjection treatment of produced water in Xingzichuan oil production plant have been investigated. Then, according to the characteristics of wastewater quality in Dingbian oil recovery block, the aim is to improve the treatment effect and corrosion of multi-layer mixed sewage in Dingbian oil recovery block, and to control the scaling. Through the study of the mixed produced water wastewater treatment agent system with 6 and 9 layers of fixed edge length, the integration of multi-layer mixed sewage treatment, anticorrosion and scale inhibition technology is realized in Dingbian block. The results showed that the suspended matter content, oil content, total iron content and salinity of Chang 6 layer wastewater were 23.08 mg / L, 0.833 3 mg / L, 0.28 mg / L and 26005.004 mg / L, respectively. The suspended matter content, oil content, total iron content and salinity of Chang-9 layer sewage are 60.14 mg / L, 75.833 mg / L, 13.17 mg / L and 7049.079 mg / L, respectively. When the two kinds of water were mixed at 1:3, the pH value was 7.5, the oxidizer was Na Cl O, dosage 10 mg / L, the oxidation time was 30 min, the inorganic flocculant was PAC, dosage 90 mg / L, the pH value was 7.5, the oxidizer was 10 mg / L, the oxidation time was 30 min, and the inorganic flocculant was PAC, dosage 90 mg / L. When the dosage of PAM was 0.6 mg / L, the dosage of flocculant was 0.6 mg / L, the dosage interval of PAM,PAC and PAM was 30 s, the content of suspended matter and oil content of the treated wastewater could be reduced to less than 10.0mg/L, when the time interval of adding PAM,PAC and PAM was 30 s, and the amount of oil in the treated wastewater could be reduced to less than 10.0mg/L. Meet the treatment standard. Finally, in view of the scale-forming property of multi-layer mixed sewage, the scale removal performance of the new device is explored by gravimetric method.
