稠油熱采封堵汽竄用高溫凍膠的研制

【摘要】:在高輪次蒸汽吞吐后,地層中會產(chǎn)生汽竄通道,導(dǎo)致井間汽竄干擾,使開采效果變差。為此,研制了耐溫達(dá)200℃的堿木素凍膠以及耐溫達(dá)250℃的栲膠凍膠。得到堿木素凍膠配方為8%堿木素+1%酚類交聯(lián)劑CL1+2.75%醛類交聯(lián)劑CL2,該凍膠在80~200℃下,50~3.5h可成膠,強(qiáng)度在0.070~0.090MPa之間,在200℃下熱處理30d脫水率小于10%。研制了栲膠凍膠,配方為6%栲膠+0.8%酚類促進(jìn)劑AC1+1.0%醛類交聯(lián)劑CL3,pH為7。在60~250℃下,18~1.5h可成膠,強(qiáng)度在0.080~0.090MPa之間,在250℃下熱處理30d脫水率小于40%。為了進(jìn)一步完善堿木素凍膠的性能,研制了堿木素-聚合物復(fù)合凍膠,使原先的堿木素凍膠具有粘性,并進(jìn)行了微觀分析。完成對兩種凍膠靜態(tài)評價之后,使用物理模擬的實驗方法來評價凍膠以及與不同堵劑組合后的封堵效果。實驗結(jié)果表明,陽離子聚合物凍膠+堿木素凍膠+陽離子聚合物凍膠,膠體瀝青+栲膠凍膠+膠體瀝青的段塞組合方式具有較好的封竄效果。
