超大型油船分艙方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:船體結(jié)構(gòu)重量關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)性與環(huán)保性,是衡量船舶設(shè)計(jì)方案優(yōu)劣的重要指標(biāo),為提高超大型船舶的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,有必要開(kāi)展超大船體輕量化設(shè)計(jì)。以一艘32萬(wàn)載重噸超大型油船為例,根據(jù)油船分艙布置的要求,在主尺度與船型確定的情況下,以降低總縱彎矩、減輕船體結(jié)構(gòu)重量為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),通過(guò)裝載、完整穩(wěn)性、破艙穩(wěn)性、溢油指數(shù)、總縱強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算,對(duì)比分析多型式的分艙方案。重點(diǎn)研究變邊艙分艙方法對(duì)降低總縱彎矩的效果及其規(guī)范適用性,分析變邊艙分艙方案中的內(nèi)殼舭部斜升角對(duì)總縱強(qiáng)度的影響,得到一型可同時(shí)降低在港狀態(tài)中拱彎矩、航行狀態(tài)中拱彎矩與中垂彎矩的變邊艙分艙方案,以期應(yīng)用于超大型油船船體結(jié)構(gòu)的輕量化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The weight of hull structure, which is related to economy and environmental protection, is an important index to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of ship design scheme. In order to improve the market competitiveness of super-large ships, it is necessary to carry out lightweight design of super-large hull. Taking a 320000-ton super-large tanker as an example, according to the requirements of the subdivision arrangement of the tanker, under the condition that the main scale and the ship form are determined, the optimization objective is to reduce the total longitudinal bending moment and lighten the weight of the hull structure, and to achieve complete stability through loading, Break stability, oil spill index, total longitudinal strength calculation, comparative analysis of various types of subdivision schemes. The effect of variable edge subdivision method on reducing total longitudinal bending moment and its applicability are studied. The effect of bilge angle on total longitudinal strength is analyzed, and the results show that one type can reduce the bending moment of arch in port at the same time, and the influence of bilge angle on total longitudinal strength is analyzed. In order to apply to the lightweight design of the hull structure of the super-large oil tanker, the variable side cabin subdivision scheme of the mid-arch bending moment and the mid-vertical bending moment in the navigation state is proposed in this paper.
