超強(qiáng)鈣基固體堿催化三組分體系高效制備無(wú)甘油生物柴油

【摘要】:采用浸漬法制備K_2CO_3/CaO固體堿催化劑,考察其催化甲醇-油脂-碳酸二甲酯三組分耦合反應(yīng)體系制備無(wú)甘油生物柴油的性能。結(jié)果表明:在浸漬時(shí)間8 h、碳酸鉀負(fù)載量5%、焙燒溫度600℃時(shí),該固體堿催化劑在常壓回流、n(油)∶n(酯)∶n(醇)為1∶1∶8、催化劑用量15%的條件下,反應(yīng)60 min生物柴油產(chǎn)率可達(dá)97.88%;反應(yīng)得到的未經(jīng)處理的生物柴油中游離甘油的含量?jī)H為0.019 62%。采用TG、BET、SEM、CO_2-TPD及XRD等技術(shù)對(duì)該催化劑進(jìn)行了表征發(fā)現(xiàn),催化劑的高活性與碳酸鉀和氧化鈣經(jīng)高溫焙燒產(chǎn)生兩個(gè)新的堿性位點(diǎn)有關(guān)。
