煤層氣用游梁式抽油機(jī)的研究

【摘要】:煤層氣的產(chǎn)出一般利用專(zhuān)用排水設(shè)備,從目前現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開(kāi)采的情況來(lái)看,有桿泵的使用占據(jù)著絕對(duì)大的比例,地面設(shè)備主要是游梁式抽油機(jī)。游梁式抽油機(jī)技術(shù)在我國(guó)油氣開(kāi)采中已經(jīng)比較成熟,但煤層氣排采有其自身的特點(diǎn):開(kāi)采前期含水量比較大,需要迅速降壓,當(dāng)穩(wěn)定壓力以后,排水量又相對(duì)比較小。所以這就意味著一味的技術(shù)移植并不能解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有的問(wèn)題,反而由此產(chǎn)生了很多新問(wèn)題,主要是游梁式抽油機(jī)的配置不合理。針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題,以CYJ6-3-26HY型號(hào)游梁平衡抽油機(jī)為例去深入研究,實(shí)踐證明此型號(hào)抽油機(jī)滿(mǎn)足了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的開(kāi)采需求。主要完成的工作如下:(1)結(jié)合煤層氣井的特點(diǎn),制定煤層氣用游梁平衡抽油機(jī)的選型依據(jù);(2)對(duì)CYJ6-3-26HY型游梁平衡抽油機(jī)進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)分析、受力分析計(jì)算;(3)對(duì)CYJ6-3-26HY型游梁平衡抽油機(jī)在各個(gè)沖程下分別進(jìn)行減速器扭矩分析計(jì)算,得出此種游梁平衡抽油機(jī)在實(shí)際開(kāi)采中的適用范圍;(4)CYJ6-3-26HY型游梁平衡抽油機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的計(jì)算與選擇,對(duì)主要部件減速器齒輪進(jìn)行校核計(jì)算;(5)針對(duì)游梁平衡抽油機(jī)實(shí)際使用情況,對(duì)主要部件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化;(6)由國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定CYJ6-3-26HY型游梁平衡抽油機(jī)的廠內(nèi)型式試驗(yàn);(7)結(jié)合此型號(hào)游梁平衡抽油機(jī)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用情況,初步建立煤層氣用游梁平衡抽油機(jī)的系列化。
[Abstract]:The output of coalbed methane is usually produced by special drainage equipment. From the situation of field mining at present, the use of rod pump occupies an absolute large proportion, and the surface equipment is mainly beam pumping unit. Beam pumping unit technology has been more mature in oil and gas production in China, but the coal bed methane drainage has its own characteristics: the water content in the early stage of exploitation is relatively large, the pressure needs to be lowered rapidly, and the displacement is relatively small after the stable pressure. So this means that the technology transplant blindly can not solve all the problems on the spot, on the contrary, there are many new problems, mainly because the configuration of beam pumping units is unreasonable. In order to solve this problem, taking CYJ6-3-26HY type beam balancing pumping unit as an example, it is proved that this type of pumping unit can meet the demand of field mining. The main works are as follows: (1) based on the characteristics of coalbed methane wells, the selection basis of beam balanced pumping units for coalbed methane is established; (2) the mechanism parameters, motion analysis and force analysis of CYJ6-3-26HY type beam balancing pumping unit are carried out. (3) the torque of reducer of CYJ6-3-26HY type beam balanced pumping unit under each stroke is analyzed and calculated, and the applicable range of this kind of beam balanced pumping unit in actual mining is obtained. (4) the calculation and selection of driving device of CYJ6-3-26HY type balanced beam pumping unit, checking and calculating the gear of main component reducer, (5) optimizing the structure of main parts according to the actual use of beam balancing pumping unit; (6) the in-plant type test of CYJ6-3-26HY type balanced beam pumping unit is formulated by the national standard. (7) the serialization of the balanced beam pumping unit for coalbed methane is preliminarily established according to the field application of this type of beam balanced pumping unit.
