川西新場構(gòu)造深井防塌鉆井液技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對川西新場構(gòu)造深井井壁失穩(wěn)問題,在對國內(nèi)外防塌鉆井液技術(shù)進(jìn)行廣泛資料調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,全面分析地層工程地質(zhì)特征,開展井壁失穩(wěn)的機理分析研究,通過對易垮塌層位的巖性、巖石結(jié)構(gòu)、理化性質(zhì)及X射線衍射和薄片分析,認(rèn)為川西新場構(gòu)造的千佛崖組和須五段等地層泥頁巖屬于硬脆性泥頁巖,且有微裂縫和裂隙,并提出新場構(gòu)造深井防塌鉆井液技術(shù)對策。通過大量實驗研究,優(yōu)選出抑制效果好的抑制劑聚胺UHIB/有機硅井壁穩(wěn)定劑、井壁封固劑FGL、封堵劑FST-2、成膜封堵劑JYW-2、可變形封堵材料FDFT-1,形成了適合新場構(gòu)造深井的防塌處理劑體系;研究出了具有強抑制、封堵性能的強封堵金屬離子鉆井液體系和硅酸鹽鉆井液體系。通過在XC7井、X13井、X916-1井、X209井等多口井進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場試驗應(yīng)用,證明本研究成果形成的防塌鉆井液技術(shù)能明顯減少井壁失穩(wěn)引起的井下復(fù)雜情況,維護(hù)了井壁穩(wěn)定,有效地保障了新場構(gòu)造深井鉆井作業(yè)。通過系列井的現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用試驗及不斷改進(jìn)完善,最終形成了一套完整的針對川西新場構(gòu)造易失穩(wěn)地層的深井防塌鉆井液技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the instability problem of deep well wall in Xinchang structure in western Sichuan, on the basis of extensive investigation of anti-sloughing drilling fluid technology at home and abroad, the formation engineering geological characteristics are comprehensively analyzed, and the mechanism analysis of shaft wall instability is carried out. Based on the analysis of lithology, rock structure, physicochemical properties, X-ray diffraction and thin slice analysis of collapsing strata, it is concluded that the Qianfoya formation and Xuwu formation of Xinchang structure in western Sichuan are hard and brittle shale with microfractures and fissures. The technical countermeasures of sloughing prevention drilling fluid for new field structure deep well are put forward. Through a large number of experimental studies, a good inhibitor, polyamine UHIB/ organic silicon wellbore stabilizer and FGL, plugging agent, FST-2, film forming plugging agent JYW-2, have been selected. The deformable plugging material FDFT-1, has been selected. The sloughing agent system suitable for the new field structure deep well is formed. The strong plugging metal ion drilling fluid system and silicate drilling fluid system with strong inhibition and plugging performance were studied. Through field test and application in XC7 well, X13 well, X916-1 well, X209 well and so on, it is proved that the sloughing prevention drilling fluid technology formed by this research result can obviously reduce the downhole complex situation caused by wellbore instability and maintain the wellbore stability. It effectively guarantees the drilling operation of deep well in Xinchang structure. Through the field application test of series wells and continuous improvement and improvement, a complete set of deep well sloughing prevention drilling fluid technology for the unstable formation of the new field structure in western Sichuan has been formed.
