費托蠟加氫裂化的試驗研究

【摘要】:對費托合成蠟采用自制催化劑和商業(yè)催化劑進行了加氫裂化多產(chǎn)中餾分油的試驗研究。研究結(jié)果表明,反應溫度越高,轉(zhuǎn)化率越大,氣體產(chǎn)率增加;自制催化劑的活性雖然低,但是中餾分選擇性比商業(yè)催化劑高20%;在60%的轉(zhuǎn)化率下,自制催化劑的中餾分收率比商業(yè)催化劑高10%;自制催化劑的中餾分最高收率為54.7%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the experimental study of the hydrocracked and productive distillate of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis wax was carried out by using a self-made catalyst and a commercial catalyst. The results show that the higher the reaction temperature, the higher the conversion rate and the increase of the gas yield; the activity of the self-made catalyst is low, but the selectivity of the middle distillate is 20% higher than that of the commercial catalyst; at the conversion of 60%, the yield of the middle distillate of the self-made catalyst is 10% higher than that of the commercial catalyst; The highest yield of the self-made catalyst was 54. 7%.
