【摘要】：建立了用于評定CJ-4油品煙炱分散性能的模擬試驗方法——EOT超聲分散法,評價了不同結(jié)構(gòu)的無灰分散劑對煙炱的分散性能,并考察了無灰分散劑用量對油品煙炱分散性能和油品剪切穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明:建立的EOT超聲分散模擬試驗方法與Mack T-11發(fā)動機試驗的關(guān)聯(lián)性較好,能有效評價CJ-4油品對煙炱的分散性能;不同分子結(jié)構(gòu)的無灰分散劑對煙炱的分散性能不同;適宜的無灰分散劑用量既可保證油品的分散性能,又對油品的剪切穩(wěn)定性影響不大;選擇適宜的無灰分散劑及用量調(diào)配的CJ-4油品通過了Mack T-11發(fā)動機試驗。
[Abstract]:A simulation test method, EOT ultrasonic dispersion method, was established to evaluate the soot dispersion of CJ-4 oil. The soot dispersion of soot was evaluated with different structure ashless dispersants. The influence of ash free dispersant on soot dispersion and shearing stability of oil was investigated. The results show that the established EOT ultrasonic dispersion simulation test method has a good correlation with the Mack T-11 engine test, and it can effectively evaluate the soot dispersion performance of CJ-4 oil products. The soot dispersing properties of ash free dispersants with different molecular structures are different, and the proper amount of ash free dispersants can not only guarantee the dispersion of oil, but also have little effect on the shearing stability of oil. The suitable ash free dispersant and CJ-4 oil were selected to pass the Mack T-11 engine test.
