地下儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)鉆井工藝技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:地下儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)是將天然氣重新注入地下空間而形成的一種人工氣田或氣藏,具備戰(zhàn)略儲(chǔ)備、季節(jié)性調(diào)峰、應(yīng)急安全供氣和氣量平衡四大功能,對(duì)于保障國(guó)家能源安全、發(fā)揮天然氣調(diào)峰應(yīng)急功能具有重要意義。隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和對(duì)能源需求的日益增長(zhǎng),地下儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)將在中國(guó)的油氣消費(fèi)、油氣安全領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮更加重要的作用。地下儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)需要滿足50年使用要求,這對(duì)新鉆注采氣井的設(shè)計(jì)、施工和完井管串技術(shù)都提出了非常高的要求。目前,我國(guó)天然氣儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)建設(shè)相比國(guó)外還處于起步和探索階段,建設(shè)理念和技術(shù)還比較落后,還沒(méi)有形成相關(guān)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),配套技術(shù)還不夠完善。本課題立足目前國(guó)內(nèi)儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)建設(shè)鉆井工程中遇到的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),以提高大井眼注采水平井鉆井安全性、鉆井效率和長(zhǎng)壽命運(yùn)行為目的,對(duì)長(zhǎng)慶儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)地質(zhì)概況、直井眼防斜打快鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)、斜井段軌跡控制及準(zhǔn)確入窗技術(shù)、長(zhǎng)水平段軌跡延伸及控制技術(shù)、低壓力系數(shù)條復(fù)雜情況處理、低壓力系數(shù)條復(fù)雜情況處理、鉆井液配置等技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究和探討。本文做為應(yīng)用研究,以長(zhǎng)慶油田大量的水平井開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),系統(tǒng)的集成大量先進(jìn)的鉆井工程設(shè)計(jì)理念和技術(shù),為儲(chǔ)氣庫(kù)規(guī)模開(kāi)發(fā)前期研究提供了一種思路,技術(shù)上具有較強(qiáng)可行性。
[Abstract]:Underground gas storage is a kind of artificial gas field or gas reservoir formed by re-injecting natural gas into underground space. It has four functions: strategic reserve, seasonal peak shaving, emergency safe gas supply and gas volume balance. It is of great significance to give full play to the emergency function of natural gas peak shaving. With the rapid development of national economy and the increasing demand for energy, underground gas storage will play a more important role in the field of oil and gas consumption and oil and gas security in China. The underground gas storage needs to meet the requirements of 50 years, which puts forward very high requirements for the design, construction and completion pipe string technology of new injection and gas production wells. At present, the construction of natural gas storage in our country is still in the beginning and exploring stage compared with foreign countries, the construction idea and technology are still relatively backward, the related technical standard has not been formed, and the supporting technology is not perfect enough. Based on the technical difficulties encountered in the construction of domestic gas storage reservoir at present, in order to improve the drilling safety, drilling efficiency and long life operation of horizontal wells with large borehole injection and production, the paper gives a geological survey of Changqing gas storage. Straight-hole anti-slanting and fast drilling technology, trajectory control and accurate window entry technology for inclined section, long horizontal section trajectory extension and control technology, low pressure coefficient strip complex case processing, Drilling fluid configuration and other techniques are studied and discussed. As an applied research, based on a large number of horizontal well development techniques in Changqing Oilfield, this paper systematically integrates a large number of advanced drilling engineering design concepts and technologies, which provides a way of thinking for the early stage of gas storage development. It is technically feasible.
