【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)天然氣工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,作為天然氣生產(chǎn)過程中的關(guān)鍵增壓設(shè)備,天然氣壓縮機(jī)組得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。天然氣壓縮機(jī)組具有投資大、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜和常年連續(xù)運(yùn)行等特點(diǎn),為減少機(jī)組故障造成的損失,提高機(jī)組的可靠性,給天然氣壓縮機(jī)組配備一套可靠的運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是非常重要的,運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)的監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)組各部分的運(yùn)行參數(shù),有任何參數(shù)異常都能及時(shí)的報(bào)警或停機(jī),能夠有效的避免機(jī)組故障的發(fā)生,減少操作人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高設(shè)備管理水平。首先闡述了天然氣壓縮機(jī)組及其監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在石油天然氣工業(yè)中的重要性,并對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理、類型、及在天然氣壓縮機(jī)組上的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了綜述。在對(duì)整體式天然氣壓縮機(jī)組的構(gòu)成、工作原理進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工程實(shí)際對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的要求,明確了天然氣壓縮機(jī)組監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則、總體技術(shù)規(guī)范、整體設(shè)計(jì)方案和設(shè)計(jì)步驟。天然氣壓縮機(jī)組監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)包括下位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)兩部分。進(jìn)行了下位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。在硬件設(shè)計(jì)中首先完成了硬件選型,然后完成了系統(tǒng)的電氣原理圖設(shè)計(jì)和現(xiàn)場安裝。軟件設(shè)計(jì)包括PLC控制程序和觸摸屏組態(tài)程序的設(shè)計(jì),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)天然氣壓縮機(jī)組就地監(jiān)控的邏輯控制和人機(jī)交互功能。通過系統(tǒng)通訊設(shè)置和組態(tài)軟件程序的開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)對(duì)天然氣壓縮機(jī)組的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,滿足工程實(shí)際需要。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic natural gas industry, natural gas compressor units, as the key supercharging equipment in the natural gas production process, have been widely used. The natural gas compressor unit has the characteristics of large investment, complex structure and continuous operation all year round. In order to reduce the loss caused by the fault of the unit and improve the reliability of the unit, It is very important to equip a set of reliable operation monitoring system for the natural gas compressor unit. The operation monitoring system can monitor the operation parameters of every part of the unit in real time, and any abnormal parameters can alarm or stop in time. Can effectively avoid the occurrence of unit failures, reduce the labor intensity of operators, improve the level of equipment management. The importance of natural gas compressor unit and its monitoring system in petroleum and natural gas industry is first expounded, and the structure, principle, type and application characteristics of computer monitoring system in natural gas compressor unit are summarized. Based on the analysis of the composition and working principle of the integrated natural gas compressor unit and the requirements of the monitoring system for the engineering practice, the basic principles and general technical specifications for the design of the monitoring system for the natural gas compressor unit are clarified. Overall design scheme and design steps. The natural gas compressor unit monitoring system includes two parts: the lower computer monitoring system and the upper computer monitoring system. The hardware design and software design of the lower computer monitoring system are carried out. In the hardware design, the hardware selection is first completed, and then the electrical schematic design and field installation of the system are completed. The software design includes the design of PLC control program and touch-screen configuration program to realize the logic control and man-machine interaction function of local monitoring of natural gas compressor unit. Through the development of system communication setup and configuration software program, the remote monitoring of natural gas compressor unit by the upper computer system is realized, which meets the practical needs of the project.
