含吡啶結(jié)構(gòu)丙烯酰胺共聚物的合成及性能

【摘要】:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、N-烯丙基油酰胺(NAE)和3-烯丙胺基羰基-1-乙基吡啶溴化銨([mAEPy]Br)為單體,采用氧化還原引發(fā)體系,制備了一種含吡啶離子液體結(jié)構(gòu)疏水締合聚合物驅(qū)油劑AM/AA/NAE/[m-AEPy]Br。對(duì)共聚物進(jìn)行了紅外、核磁表征,并測(cè)定了其增黏性、剪切稀釋性、耐溫抗鹽性,對(duì)其提高采收率能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:2 000 mg/L的共聚物溶液表觀黏度可達(dá)510.3 m Pa·s;在剪切速率為510 s-1下,其表觀黏度為27.2 m Pa·s,且在90℃時(shí)其表觀黏度為42.8 m Pa·s;在10 000 mg/L NaCl、1 500 mg/L MgCl_2和1 500 mg/L CaCl_2溶液中,其表觀黏度分別為21.8、27.4和27.0 m Pa·s;在模擬驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)中,共聚物溶液的采收率提高了11.4%。
[Abstract]:Using acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), N-allyl oleamide (NAE) and 3-allylamino carbonyl-1-ethylpyridyl ammonium bromide ([mAEPy] Br) as monomers, the redox initiator system was used. A hydrophobically associating polymer flooding agent AM/AA/NAE/ [m-AEPy] Br. with pyridine ionic liquid structure was prepared. The copolymers were characterized by IR, NMR, and their viscosity, shear dilution, temperature and salt resistance were measured, and their ability to improve oil recovery was evaluated. The results show that the apparent viscosity of 2 000 mg/L copolymer solution can reach 510.3 m Pa s; at the shear rate of 510s ~ (-1), the apparent viscosity is 27.2 m Pa s, and the apparent viscosity is 42.8 m Pa s; at 90 鈩,
