聚結(jié)濾芯層數(shù)對(duì)濾材內(nèi)液體含量的影響

【摘要】:本文利用聚結(jié)濾芯過濾性能的檢測(cè)裝置,通過濾材層數(shù)的梯度增加,研究了不同潤(rùn)濕性聚結(jié)濾芯內(nèi)部液體分布特性,分析了濾材層數(shù)、濾材潤(rùn)濕性對(duì)飽和度、壓降的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著濾芯層數(shù)的增多,親油型濾材飽和度呈"凹形"分布的趨勢(shì)愈加明顯,即親油型濾材第一層飽和度數(shù)值相同,中間層飽和度逐漸降低,最后一層飽和度又達(dá)到一致水平;而疏油型濾材飽和度曲線重合度很好,無明顯變化。隨著濾芯層數(shù)的增多,親油型濾材與疏油型濾材的總體壓降趨勢(shì)均沒有改變,但親油型濾材潤(rùn)濕壓降呈下降趨勢(shì),而疏油型濾材潤(rùn)濕壓降沒有明顯變化趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the liquid distribution characteristics of different wettable coalescence filter elements are studied by increasing the gradient of filter layer, and the effects of filter layer number and filter wettability on saturation and pressure drop are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the number of filter core layers, the distribution trend of oil-lipophilic filter material saturation is more obvious, that is, the first layer saturation value is the same, and the middle layer saturation decreases gradually. The final layer saturation reached the same level again; However, the saturation curve of oil thinning filter material has good coincidence and has no obvious change. With the increase of the number of filter core layers, the overall pressure drop of oil-lipophilic filter material and oil-sparking filter material has not changed, but the wetting pressure drop of oil-lipophilic filter material has a downward trend, while the wetting pressure drop of oil-free filter material has no obvious change trend.
