【摘要】：目前長慶油田采出水腐蝕結(jié)垢嚴重,導致鋼制防腐油管使用壽命較短。通過力學計算及結(jié)構(gòu)材料優(yōu)選,研發(fā)了不同管徑的井下柔性復合管并進行了相關的管柱強度校核、有限元分析及室內(nèi)性能評價,形成了適用于采出水回注井的井下柔性復合管注水工藝管柱系列。現(xiàn)場試驗32口井,試驗成功率100%,截至2016年5月試驗井的最長注水時間已達4年。開展了12井次的取樣性能檢測,表明井下柔性復合管具有良好的防腐性能,可有效提高注水管柱使用壽命,預計使用壽命達10年以上,是鋼制防腐油管使用壽命的2倍以上,同時該工藝可有效降低作業(yè)強度和生產(chǎn)成本,具有廣闊的推廣應用前景。
[Abstract]:At present, the corrosion and scaling of produced water in Changqing Oilfield is serious, which results in the short service life of steel anticorrosive tubing. Through mechanical calculation and structural material optimization, a flexible composite pipe with different diameters is developed, and the strength check, finite element analysis and indoor performance evaluation of the pipe string are carried out. A series of downhole flexible composite pipe injection technology string is formed, which is suitable for producing water injection well. There are 32 wells tested in the field, the test success rate is 100 and the longest injection time of the test well has reached 4 years up to May 2016. The sampling performance test of 12 wells shows that the downhole flexible composite pipe has good anticorrosion performance and can effectively improve the service life of water injection pipe string. The estimated service life is more than 10 years, which is more than twice the service life of steel anticorrosive oil pipe. At the same time, the process can effectively reduce the working intensity and production cost, and has a broad prospect of popularization and application.
