高溫下高礦化度對(duì)泡沫性能的影響
[Abstract]:The effects of monovalent cationic Na~, divalent cationic Ca~ (2) and Mg~ (2) on the properties of non-ionic foaming agent (WT), amphoteric foaming agent betaine (YX) were investigated. The transmissivity of (CMC) and YX in the solution containing Ca~ (2) and Mg~ (2) of WT and YX were measured. The microstructure of foam was characterized by SEM, and the mechanism of influence of salinity on foam stability was analyzed. The results showed that the thickness and viscoelasticity of the foam film increased with the increase of salinity. The experimental results show that when the salinity is greater than 3 脳 10 ~ 4 mg/L, with the increase of salinity, CMC decreases, the thickness of foam liquid film increases, the inorganic salt wrapped on the liquid film increases, and the foam stability increases, showing a certain salt synergism. Na~ affects the stability of foam mainly by changing the CMC and charge of foam system, while Ca~ (2) and Mg~ (2) affect the stability of foam by chemical reaction between ions and ions, hydration and charge action. Ca~ (2) reacts with anionic groups in YX to form insoluble compounds, which reduces foaming property and stability of foams. Mg~ (2) had little effect on the properties of YX foam.
