低滲稠油油藏?zé)峄瘜W(xué)復(fù)合驅(qū)油體系實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:敘利亞O油田Sh-B油藏為典型的低滲稠油油藏,具有埋藏深、滲透率低、原油黏度大等特點(diǎn),蒸汽吞吐注汽難,注汽質(zhì)量差。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,開(kāi)展了低滲稠油熱化學(xué)復(fù)合體系室內(nèi)研究,篩選、復(fù)配了適合該油藏稠油的油溶性降黏劑、高溫驅(qū)油劑,并評(píng)價(jià)了伴注CO2、高溫驅(qū)油劑和油溶性降黏劑在低滲稠油開(kāi)發(fā)中的效果及其可行性。結(jié)果表明,添加降黏劑能使降黏率達(dá)到78%以上,高溫驅(qū)油劑顯著降低界面張力,注入CO2能夠明顯改善O油田稠油開(kāi)采效果,150℃條件下熱化學(xué)復(fù)合體系最終驅(qū)替效率達(dá)到91.65%。熱化學(xué)復(fù)合體系能夠顯著改善低滲稠油油藏開(kāi)發(fā)效果,提高油藏采收率,為國(guó)內(nèi)外低滲稠油油藏開(kāi)發(fā)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Sh-B reservoir of Syria O oilfield is a typical low permeability heavy oil reservoir with the characteristics of deep burial, low permeability, high viscosity of crude oil, difficult steam injection and poor steam injection quality. In order to solve these problems, the laboratory study of thermochemical complex system of low permeability heavy oil was carried out, and the oil soluble viscosity reducer and high temperature oil displacement agent suitable for heavy oil reservoir were selected, and the CO2, was evaluated. The effect and feasibility of high temperature oil displacement agent and oil soluble viscosity reducer in the development of low permeability heavy oil. The results show that the viscosity reduction rate can reach more than 78% by adding viscosity reducer, and the interfacial tension can be significantly reduced by high temperature oil displacement agent. Injection of CO2 can obviously improve the recovery effect of heavy oil in O oilfield. The final displacement efficiency of the thermochemical composite system is 91.65 at 150 鈩,
