Z油田水平井鉆井技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,水平井鉆井技術(shù)隨著石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展在全世界得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,而且國(guó)內(nèi)水平井技術(shù)已經(jīng)相對(duì)比較成熟。目前,扎那諾爾油田直井目的層裸露面積相對(duì)有限,有效開發(fā)油層是必須攻克的難題。扎那諾爾油田早期開發(fā)生產(chǎn)井由于底水快速錐進(jìn),造成產(chǎn)量銳減,采出程度低,儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度差,適宜部署水平井。本文針對(duì)扎拉諾爾油田的實(shí)際情況,采用合理的造斜率、優(yōu)化的井眼軌跡設(shè)計(jì)和鉆具組合,對(duì)井眼軌跡控制工具和儀器進(jìn)行了選型和配套,形成了適合扎拉諾爾油田水平井的井眼軌跡控制技術(shù)、地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向技術(shù)和泥漿體系。在做好水平井地質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)和鉆井設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,充分利用隨鉆測(cè)量、隨鉆測(cè)井和錄井等資料來確定鉆頭鉆進(jìn)方向及在目標(biāo)地層中的位置,以實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整井眼軌跡,使其盡可能在油層物性較好的部位延伸。水平井的研究為扎那諾爾油田水平井的施工提供了合理可行的地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向方案,成功地指導(dǎo)了水平井的施工。水平井單井產(chǎn)能與相臨直井相比,提高了3倍以上,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)并獲得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, horizontal well drilling technology has been more and more widely used in the world with the development of petroleum industry, and domestic horizontal well drilling technology has been relatively mature. At present, the exposed area of the target layer in Zananor Oilfield is relatively limited, and the effective development of reservoir is a difficult problem to be solved. Due to the rapid coning of bottom water in the early production wells in Zananor Oilfield, the production rate is sharply reduced, the degree of recovery is low, and the level of reserve production is poor, so it is suitable to deploy horizontal wells. In this paper, according to the actual situation of Zalanor oil field, adopting reasonable slope making, optimized well trajectory design and drilling tool combination, the well trajectory control tools and instruments are selected and matched. The well trajectory control technology, geological guidance technology and mud system suitable for the horizontal well in Zalanor Oilfield are formed. On the basis of the geological design and drilling design of horizontal wells, the drilling direction and position of the bit in the target formation are determined by fully utilizing the data such as while drilling measurement, logging while drilling and logging, so as to adjust the borehole trajectory in real time. Make it extend as far as possible in the oil reservoir where physical properties are better. The study of horizontal well provides a reasonable and feasible geological guidance scheme for horizontal well construction in Zananor Oilfield, and successfully guides the construction of horizontal well. The productivity of single well in horizontal well is more than three times higher than that in adjacent vertical well, and the expected goal is achieved and remarkable economic benefit is obtained.
