基于一種混頻幅值算法的油氣管道探測(cè)儀及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)目前地下油氣管道探測(cè)儀由于高采樣率、高精度而造成功耗大的問(wèn)題,引入一種混頻幅值算法,使得探測(cè)儀接收機(jī)能夠在遠(yuǎn)低于2倍發(fā)射頻率的情況下完成采樣并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的地下油氣管道埋深的計(jì)算。根據(jù)地下管道探測(cè)儀工作原理,被測(cè)信號(hào)為等幅正弦信號(hào),將其與方波信號(hào)通過(guò)乘法器混合得到混頻信號(hào),再通過(guò)低通濾波回路得到頻率更低的信號(hào),其頻率為方波信號(hào)與正弦波信號(hào)的頻率差值。接收機(jī)采集該低頻信號(hào),并計(jì)算被測(cè)信號(hào)的強(qiáng)度幅值即可確定油氣管道的埋深。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)證明,當(dāng)管道埋深在2 m以內(nèi)時(shí),用該方法探測(cè)油氣管道深度的相對(duì)誤差在±2%內(nèi),且接收機(jī)測(cè)得的感應(yīng)電壓幅值穩(wěn)定可靠,能夠滿足地下油氣管道探測(cè)的要求,同時(shí)還降低了功耗和成本,大幅提高了地下油氣管道探測(cè)儀的性價(jià)比。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of high power consumption caused by high sampling rate and high precision of underground oil and gas pipeline detector, an algorithm of mixing frequency amplitude is introduced. The receiver of the detector can complete the sampling and calculate the buried depth of underground oil and gas pipeline with a far less than 2 times transmitting frequency. According to the working principle of underground pipeline detector, the measured signal is equal amplitude sinusoidal signal, mixing it with square wave signal through multiplier to get mixing signal, and then getting lower frequency signal through low pass filter loop. Its frequency is the frequency difference between square wave signal and sine wave signal. The receiver acquires the low frequency signal and calculates the intensity amplitude of the measured signal to determine the buried depth of oil and gas pipeline. The experimental results show that when the depth of the pipeline is less than 2 m, the relative error of the method is within 鹵2%, and the amplitude of the inductive voltage measured by the receiver is stable and reliable, which can meet the requirements of underground oil and gas pipeline detection. At the same time, the power consumption and cost are reduced, and the performance-price ratio of underground oil and gas pipeline detector is greatly improved.
