超重力技術(shù)在高酸原油醇氨法脫酸中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:將超重力技術(shù)應(yīng)用到高酸原油醇氨法脫酸中。以乙醇、氨水的混合物為脫酸劑,考察了旋轉(zhuǎn)床轉(zhuǎn)速、劑油體積比、反應(yīng)溫度、原油循環(huán)次數(shù)對高酸原油脫酸的影響。結(jié)果表明,在反應(yīng)溫度為80℃,旋轉(zhuǎn)床轉(zhuǎn)速為1 200 r/min,劑油體積比為1.5∶1的條件下,酸值為1.82 mg(KOH)/g的高酸原油經(jīng)過一次脫酸后其酸值降至0.14 mg(KOH)/g,脫酸率高達92.4%。高酸原油通過旋轉(zhuǎn)床進行多次循環(huán)操作有利于脫酸,且循環(huán)次數(shù)越多脫酸率越高,經(jīng)過4次循環(huán)后原油酸值降至0.06 mg(KOH)/g。
[Abstract]:The hypergravity technique was applied to the removal of acid from high acid crude oil by alcohol-ammonia method.
