多因素誘發(fā)海底管道軸向定向位移量計算方法

【摘要】:深水管道的啟閉作業(yè)造成了管道內(nèi)部溫度與壓力的往復施加,導致管道產(chǎn)生沿軸向的定向位移("walking"現(xiàn)象),成為油氣輸送系統(tǒng)安全的重大隱患,準確預測管道的軸向定向位移量是提出防控措施的關鍵。首先闡明當管道受到來自懸鏈線立管(SCR)張力、海床傾角以及內(nèi)部瞬態(tài)熱梯度作用時產(chǎn)生軸向定向位移的機理;建立單因素與多因素誘發(fā)管道軸向定向位移的數(shù)值模擬方法,揭示管道軸向定向位移量與不同誘因之間的非線性對應關系;修正單因素誘發(fā)管道軸向定向位移量的計算公式,提出了多因素耦合作用下確定管道軸向定向位移量的方法。
[Abstract]:The opening and closing operation of deep water pipeline causes the reciprocating application of temperature and pressure inside the pipeline, resulting in the directional displacement ("walking" phenomenon) along the axis of the pipeline, which becomes a major hidden danger to the safety of oil and gas transportation system. Accurate prediction of the axial displacement is the key to the prevention and control measures. Firstly, the mechanism of axial directional displacement is explained when the pipe is subjected to (SCR) tension from catenary riser, seabed inclination and internal transient thermal gradient. A numerical simulation method of the axial directional displacement induced by single factor and multiple factors is established to reveal the nonlinear correspondence between the axial displacement and different inducements. The formula for calculating the axial directional displacement of pipeline induced by single factor is modified, and the method of determining the axial directional displacement of pipeline under the action of multi-factor coupling is put forward.
