牛東區(qū)塊充氮?dú)馇菲胶忏@井技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Underbalanced drilling, also called negative pressure drilling, refers to the drilling technology in which the bottom hole pressure is less than the formation pressure, and the underground fluid enters the wellbore and circulates to the ground in a controlled way. In this paper, the underbalanced drilling technology with nitrogen filling is studied, and the comprehensive analysis is made from the geological characteristics of Niudong block to the feasibility of underbalanced drilling technology. The drilling gas, liquid injection parameters, drilling fluid performance requirements, compound drilling technology, completion technology and equipment matching technology are described respectively. First, the P1k formation in the target layer of Niudong block is igneous rock, fracture, hole development, low drilling speed using conventional drilling machine, easy to occur underground leakage and complex situation. This problem is effectively solved by nitrogen filling underbalanced drilling. Secondly, nitrogen-filled underbalanced drilling technology can greatly reduce the damage of drilling fluid to reservoir and increase reservoir productivity. Thirdly, the low drilling speed of igneous rock section in Niudong block is effectively solved by using high efficiency PDC bit and straight screw to carry out compound drilling in the underbalanced section of nitrogen filling. Fourth, in the development wells of Niudong block, the technology of filling nitrogen gas underbalance is applied on a large scale. If the auxiliary equipment, such as drilling device or casing valve, is used to complete the underbalance, This part of the equipment accounts for about 30-40% of the total cost of nitrogen-filled underbalanced drilling, which will further increase the cost of nitrogen-filled underbalanced drilling, and the development cost must be reduced. In order to improve the comprehensive development benefit, GBC gel sealing and isolating wellbore technology has realized the completion technology under the condition of filling nitrogen gas underbalanced drilling without well killing, and the cost has been reduced successfully.
